More than half of U.S. consumers would prefer to patronize small businesses. Make sure they know how to find you!

Sign up below for the Columbus Region Small Business Trail (provided by ECDI) and your business will be featured in a free, online guide for local shoppers, diners, and businesspeople.

How it works

The Small Business Trail is searchable by neighborhood and business type so customers can find what they need, in their area.

 

Each season, we'll feature a walkable trail in a different neighborhood. And throughout the year, we'll remind members to check their Small Business Trail listing anytime they're in a new area.

This guide is a free resource for any Central Ohio small business.

 

We're starting in the Columbus region, with plans to grow the trail to include cities throughout the state. If you're outside Central Ohio, please sign up to be notified when we add your region.

Pro Tip: Get more business with a special offer

Trail customers are notified of special offers. Be sure to include a discount or promotion in your listing to motivate customers to make your business their new favorite stop!

ECDI will use your name and email to contact you regarding your listing. Your name and contact information will not appear on your business profile. (You will enter contact information for the business in the next section.)

Your Company's Featured Offering

Entice more customers to choose your business by entering a discount or deal. If your business model does not lend to offering a discount, please enter a differentiating feature (e.g., "open late nights" or "free parking").

Pro tips

  • Use your offer to encourage a higher-value sale (e.g., "buy a dozen, get 1 free" or "$5 off orders of $50").

  • Offer does not need to be high value to be enticing.

  • Make your offer one that won't expire and you won't have to remember to ask us to update it later.

Before submitting, please carefully review all information you have entered to assure it is correct. Your listing and discount will remain visible to the public, exactly as you have entered it, until you request that ECDI remove or update it, using the revision request form (above), or unless ECDI removes it per the removal policy.
